A quorum was not established. The Vice-Chair called the meeting to order.

Susan Moran

Moran advised that this was a special meeting for Executive Director candidate interviews. She reviewed the time schedule. Moran advised that the ED position was posted and advertised and shared that the process involved the sub-committee reviewing all resumes – 27 in total. These applicants were reduced down to the 5 candidates being interviewed today. Bartlett added he thought this was an exciting time for the EDIC and is looking forward to the interviews.

INTERVIEWS

Robert Mascali – Robert provided a background of his professional work experience, and well as his experience living and working within the Town of Falmouth. Robert then provided his thoughts on where he would like to see the EDIC in 1, 3 and 5 years, and how he would work to get the EDIC there during his tenure if chosen for the ED role. The Board Sub-Committee asked various questions, which Robert responded to.

Peter Franklin - Peter provided a background of his professional work experience, and well as his experience living and working within the Town of Falmouth. Peter then provided a presentation and his thoughts on where he would like to see the EDIC in 1, 3 and 5 years, and how he would work to get the EDIC there during his tenure if chosen for the ED role. The Board Sub-Committee asked various questions, which Peter responded to.

Michael DiGiano - Michael provided a background of his professional work experience, as well as his experience living within the Town of Falmouth. Michael then provided his thoughts on where he would like to see the EDIC in 1, 3 and 5 years, and how he would work to get the EDIC there during his tenure if chosen for the ED role. The Board Sub-Committee asked various questions, which Michael responded to.

Spyro Mitrokostas - Spyro provided a background of his professional work experience and his lengthy experience working on Cape Cod. Spyro then provided his thoughts on where he would like to see the EDIC in 1, 3 and 5 years, and how he would work to get the EDIC there during his tenure if chosen for the ED role. The Board Sub-Committee asked various questions, which Spyro responded to.

Michael Sullivan - Michael provided a background of his professional work experience, and well as his experience living within and near the Town of Falmouth. Michael then provided a presentation on his thoughts on where he would like to see the EDIC in 1, 3 and 5 years, and how he would work to get the EDIC there during his tenure if chosen for the ED role. The Board Sub-Committee asked various questions, which Michael responded to.
