Falmouth Station Workforce Housing Project Update

The EDIC is developing a workforce housing project on a two-acre site adjacent to the bus station on Depot Avenue in Falmouth. Supported by state grants, the project aims to build residential units to support local workers, with plans involving multiple apartment buildings to address the town’s housing needs.
