Edward B. Swartz is a community-focused, results-driven leader with more than 25 years of municipal and private-sector leadership experience, complemented by over three decades of executive sales and operational management. His career demonstrates a strong record of fiscal planning, financial forecasting, strategic leadership, relationship building, and organizational development. Throughout his municipal service, he has been recognized for bringing collaborative leadership, financial discipline, and a long-term strategic perspective to local government and community initiatives. 

Mr. Swartz's extensive municipal experience includes serving as Chairman of the Town of Dighton Finance Committee for 19 consecutive years, where he functioned as the town's primary financial leader prior to the appointment of a Town Administrator and worked closely with town officials on budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning. He also served as Chairman of the Dighton Water District Board of Commissioners, leading key infrastructure planning and cost-saving initiatives, and held elected positions as a Municipal Councilor and Council President for the City of Taunton. Professionally, he currently serves as Director of Retail Sales for Nasoya Foods USA/Pulmuone Foods USA, overseeing a $100 million sales portfolio, national strategic planning, forecasting, and sales team leadership. His private-sector accomplishments, combined with decades of municipal governance experience, provide a unique blend of business acumen, financial expertise, and public service leadership.
