Mark Lowenstein

Mark Lowenstein has a wide background in marketing, business development, strategic planning and domestic & international channel management in the software and high-tech industry. Mark currently serves as Chair of the Cape Cod SCORE which provides mentoring services to a wide range of Cape Cod small businesses. He is a certified mentor, and facilitates nonprofit strategic planning processes and teaches workshops on strategy and business planning.

Some of his past roles include Consultant for ESC of New England, Chief Operating Officer at Unigo Communications, a fixed wireless broadband company and Vice-President of Business Development at Object Management Group. As well, Mr. Lowenstein co-founded two software based scientific measurement companies. One of these, WeatherTrac, was a major supplier of tactical weather systems to the U.S. Armed Forces and International markets.

Additionally, Mark has a long history of volunteer and board service. He was on the Board of Directors of the Rutland County, VT Economic Development Commission and he was on Vice-Chair of The National Graduate School of Quality Management in Falmouth MA.

Mr. Lowenstein earned a BA from the University of Vermont, a JD from Suffolk Law School, an MBA from Babson College and completed graduate course work in Corporate Finance at Bentley College.

Mark lives in West Falmouth and is an avid woodworker/carpenter.
