Project Background
Sponsor: Falmouth Economic Development & Industrial Corp (EDIC).
Objective: Develop “For Rent” Workforce Housing proximate to downtown and other Falmouth businesses.
Role: Falmouth EDIC operates Falmouth Station and controls site thru long-term lease with Commonwealth.
Status: Preliminary site planning and development support underway thru HLC Community Planning Grant.
