10:20 MOTION: Moran made a motion to move into Executive Meeting session and not return to Public Open Meeting Session. Bartlett 2nd. Roll Call: Paul Burke “Aye”, Brooks Bartlett “Aye”, Susan Moran “Aye”, Christopher Land “Aye”, Michael Galasso “Aye”, Christopher Simmler “Aye”, Patti Haney “Aye”.
10:21 ADMINISTRATOR COMPENSATION
Broderick updated the Board on Salary.com’s job description and salary range. As well she advised of the information provided to her from the Town of Falmouth’s Personnel Director – Denise Coleman.
Broderick advised of her part time status and last year’s total salary compensation of $16K.
Simmler advised splitting the administrative work between a higher-level Executive Director and the Administrator role.
Discussion ensued about an appropriate compensation amount.
MOTION: Simmler made a motion to increase Broderick’s hourly rate from $25 to $35 per hour. Moran 2nd. All in favor. Approved.
